● Fault alarm: Display various types of fault information of the system on the graphical interface, and e-mail fault alarm tips to the duty officer;
● On-duty management: Provide scheduling management and shift arrangement;
● Duty log: Provide duty log record, management and query;
● Experience database management: Provide fault handling experience database. The duty officer could input handling experience into fault database based on the fault handling situation in order to provide reference for future treatment of similar failures;
● Device diagnosis: Diagnose the remote terminals online, and display the link connectivity, link transmission delay, the number of online users and the uplink and downlink data transmission rate.
